"Academic Qualifications are of Little Benefits in a Real World"

"Never expect life to be fair, because it is always unfair." This
statement relates in a real situations. An academic qualifications can
be earned by taking a bachelor, a master's, or a doctoral degree. It
is one way of being called an expert or an educated person. It is done
by gaining knowledge and skills from
the different colleges and
universities all over the world.

Today, many graduates and degree holders are still unemployed. Only few of them were employed in their chosen profession. Some of them work as a contract workers, while others, work as a domestic helpers which didn't suit from their educational attainment. Yet, having high academic qualifications is not enough for them to be hired in a stable job immediately. The only advantage of this for them is having standards, and being knowledgeable and skilled individual. The disadvantage of having academic qualifications is the lack of job opportunities. One example of this in a real world are those newly graduates and registered nurses. Even though, they are qualified, they still jobless. The reason for this is the low demand of nurses in the different hospitals. There is no job vacancy not only for the nurses but also to other qualified professionals. But in other hand, there are high school graduates and college undergraduates who became successful in their career. There are successful personalities, managers, leaders and businessmen who didn't finished a bachelor's degree in college but they were luckier than professionals. They only have enough experiences and techniques on how to manage a successful career in life.

Academic qualifications is not a guarantee to success.
It is only an asset, not a key towards a successful career. Good
attitude, faith in God, being practical and dedicated are some
important matter in achieving a goal to success.
